What We Learned About Outage Enrollments in 2022

What a year! In September, we watched Hurricane Ian ravage Florida, leaving millions without power. The recent December winter storm left parts of the Eastern U.S. and Canada buried under snow and in the dark. This translated into a very busy year for KUBRA’s alerts and preference management solution, Notifi®, which sent out over 39 million messages across all our utility partners. In this infographic, we take a closer look at our Notifi product usage to get a better understanding of customers' outage enrollment preferences from last year.
