Can I make a bill payment from this webpage?

No, KUBRA does not accept bill payment directly from our website. If you are looking to pay your bills with EZ-PAY or EZ-PAY+, you can do so on your service provider’s website.

Who can I pay with EZ-PAY or EZ-PAY+?

EZ-PAY and EZ-PAY+ support a variety of service providers across the U.S. and Canada. We provide on-demand payment solutions for multiple utility types, including electricity, gas, water, and wastewater. 

Additionally, we accept payments on behalf of service providers in other industries, including government (taxes, permits, etc.), insurance (claims, policy documents, etc.), and more.

 
What is a one-time payment (OTP)?

A one-time payment is a non-enrolled, guest bill payment option that your service provider has authorized KUBRA to collect. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, cash, or bank account. To process a one-time payment, you only need your account number as it appears on your bill. Payments made using the EZ-PAY or EZ-PAY+ one-time payment solution will be reflected in our system and made available to your service provider immediately.

How fast will my payment arrive?

KUBRA works in partnership with your service provider, so your approved and processed payment is visible almost instantly. 

Typically, your biller's system will reflect your payment immediately or within a few hours. In some cases, the payment may be visible on the next business day.

Need immediate payment confirmation from your biller?

After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation number. Please provide this number to your biller when contacting them to verify your payment.

 
Are EZ-PAY and EZ-PAY+ secure?

Security is the number one priority at KUBRA. Our payment solutions use secure, stateless tokenization, an advanced data security technology, to ensure top protection for payment card data within all payment channels, including online, over the phone, and in-person.
