But what may come as a surprise is that over 70% of customers surveyed by KUBRA rated their bill payment experiences as less than excellent. This tells us there’s room to improve and optimize services.

Recently, KUBRA conducted an online survey to explore customer preferences regarding bill payments. The survey received 1,099 responses from a randomly selected pool of participants. The primary insights from this survey were a rising interest in digital payment methods, which is consistently growing each year, along with an increased readiness to experience more digital channels.
