SMECO Deploys KUBRA IQ Chatbots to Improve Customer Experience

Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative (SMECO) provides electric service to all of Charles and St. Mary’s counties, with the exception of the northern tip of Calvert County and the southern portion of Prince George’s County.
