In this session, project team members will share some of the methods they applied to grow e-bill, e-pay, and AutoPay adoption. They will describe some of the project challenges and how they worked with industry partner KUBRA to overcome them.
  • Where We're Going, We Don't Need Roads...Just Digital Wallets! (Thursday, May 4, 10:45 am - 11:45 am, Room E212B): To meet rising customer expectations, more utilities are adopting digital wallets, understanding they make it easier for customers to pay their bills. Usage is only expected to grow, with over half of consumers expressing interest in using them for bill payments in the future. This signals the closing of the gap between digital wallet usage for purchases and bill payments. Utilities need to leave the roads behind and get prepared for the future.
