KUBRA Wins 2022 Comparably Awards for Happiest Employees and Best Compensation
October 27, 2022
Tempe, AZ — October 27, 2022 - KUBRA, a leading provider of customer experience management solutions for some of the largest utility, government, and insurance entities, has been recognized as a top company in two categories of the 2022 Comparably Awards — Happiest Employees and Best Compensation.
“At KUBRA, we know that our most important assets are our people. We’ve been in business for 30 years and have found that investing in our team both financially and emotionally is the best way to maintain our award-winning culture and bolster our overall business,” said Rick Watkin, President and CEO of KUBRA. “We couldn’t be happier to receive these two awards based on feedback directly from our employees.”
“We couldn’t be happier to receive these two awards based on feedback directly from our employees.”
Comparably’s annual awards are derived from anonymous ratings from employees who rated their workplaces over a 12-month period from September 2021 through September 2022. The final data set was compiled from 15 million ratings across 70,000 U.S. companies large and small.
Winners of the Happiest Employees category were selected based on employee feedback to a variety of questions on topics related to their overall happiness at work. According to Comparably, the data shows that the happiest employees are often those who feel valued by their employers through factors including competitive compensation, clear goals, work-life balance, and a general excitement for working at their organizations.
Winners in the Best Compensation category were chosen based on employee feedback to questions regarding an employee’s overall satisfaction with their compensation package including questions about salary, raises, bonuses, stock/equity, and benefits. According to Comparably co-founder/CEO Jason Nazar, “The top-rated companies on this year’s list have raised the bar by expanding salary bands, perks, and benefits to meet new expectations from workers.”
There are no fees or costs associated with participating in the Comparably awards. More information about the Comparably awards and a comprehensive list of 2022 award winners can be found at comparably.com.
