A Message from our CEO about COVID-19

March 18, 2020

Dear Valued Clients and Partners,

KUBRA is closely monitoring the current situation with the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and we are taking precautionary measures to minimize any disruption to our business. KUBRA’s mandate is to continually protect the health and safety of our people, our clients, and all business partners.

As part of our ongoing commitment and responsibilities, KUBRA has been actively monitoring the news related to the continued spread of COVID-19. KUBRA has also been closely following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations and guidance regarding COVID-19 and is in constant communication with our employees about the situation.

As part of KUBRA’s pandemic and business continuity planning, KUBRA has requested employees limit any non-essential travel. Further, we have implemented a self-reporting requirement for any KUBRA employees traveling to or returning from a destination for which the CDC has issued Level 2 or 3 travel guidance. Similarly, KUBRA has implemented a self-reporting requirement for employees who have been exposed to individuals who are known to have travelled to these destinations. Any individuals meeting these criteria have been requested to self-monitor at home for 14 days after their last potential exposure and to receive medical clearance prior to returning to the workplace.

In the workplace, we have implemented enhanced sanitation measures, while ensuring that our existing work from home policies and capabilities are in place for all employees in preparation for any situation where employees request or are asked to work from home.

Consistent with our pandemic and business continuity planning, we are proactively working with vendors and partners to assess and mitigate any risk or exposure of any materials and services necessary to operate our business. Where applicable, we are increasing inventory levels and provisioning additional service options to ensure continuity of service. From a business continuity perspective, in our document fulfillment facilities, we are prepared to trigger our contingency plans as necessary including redistributing people, materials, and client work to back-up facilities to continue delivering mail to customers. For all electronic services, we are ensuring that our high availability cloud and on-prem infrastructure environment, including our secondary sites, are fully functioning and readily available as the need arises for the availability and reliability of our services.

KUBRA will continue to monitor and implement the CDC’s recommendations as the current situation continues to evolve and take any additional proactive measures for prevention and protection of our people, clients, and all business partners. For more information, and to stay-up-to-date on the evolving situation, visit the World Health Organization and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Thank you for your continued partnership with KUBRA.  If you have any questions, please contact sales@kubra.com.
