Discovery and Research

All projects start with a discovery phase that allows us to review project goals, understand the current bill layout and design, and understand the needs of the various customer subsets.

You can also choose to add voice of the customer research to your bill redesign. This research may include qualitative and/or quantitative consumer research done in-person or virtually. Here we explore the perceptions and opinions your customers have of the current bill to help shape the creation of a new bill or to validate the direction of new bill designs.
