KUBRA And Nova Scotia Power Expand Outsourcing Contract
Mississauga, ON – Jan 7, 2013, KUBRA, a customer interaction management solution provider, today announced it has signed a new agreement with Nova Scotia Power. Nova Scotia Power, an Emera Company, provides electricity to 490,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers in Nova Scotia. The new agreement expands our existing bill print/mail and e-billing services to include one-time credit card payment and mobile e-billing solutions.
KUBRA has been providing document print and mailing services, document management, and e-billing solutions to Nova Scotia Power for over 8 years. This new agreement extends those services and adds a number of new online services including on-demand one-time payments [Internet, Call center, IVR], mobile e-billing, secure e-mail delivery and payment, and support for the Epost e-bill consolidator network. All our services will be tightly integrated with the Nova Scotia Power CIS platform and existing banking relationships. With the addition of these new services Nova Scotia Power will have 4 distinct e-billing channels in place for their customers and a new on-demand payment offering. Nova Scotia Power has over 90,000 customers enrolled in their e-billing solution today and looks to extend that number dramatically with the addition of 3 new e-billing options.
